1. Long Keat 張元琅 was Yuen-Long Cheung, son of George Keat

2. George Keat is 張英傑 (廷進). Mistakenly, the last word 傑 was translated and became the last name “Keat”. In some instances, it was also spelled Kit.

3. Vaccination was done on June 1st, 1921, in Suva, Fiji.
